Uniogen diagnostic readers allow you to pick a unique mix of detection modes to match your assay needs. Current choices include absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence, time-resolved fluorescence (TRF), fluorescence polarization, and Upcon® upconverting nanoparticle measurement.

Bottom reading, shaking, temperature control, single or dual pump dispensers, and plate stacker options can be included in all diagnostic plate readers. Uniogen offers a wide variety of tested and optimized filter pairs and dichroic mirrors to match your choice of detection modes.

The small footprint and lightweight build save laboratory space and make the unit easy to handle.  The instrument and optical components are fully software-controlled, so there is no need for manual interactions. The reader can store up to 32 optical filters and 5 dichroic mirrors ready for measurements. The instruments support rapid reading of the full absorbance spectrum.
