Joining Uniogen starts with a simple step – exploring our open roles on our website or on LinkedIn. From there, we focus on getting to know you as a person, your skills, and your potential.

You’ll typically meet your future manager to discuss your experience and aspirations, and often also connect with members of your future team. For leadership roles, we may include an assessment to better understand your strengths and ways of working. We also value insights from your previous colleagues through reference conversations.

Throughout the process, our aim is to create an open and respectful dialogue – so that together, we can find the right fit for both you and Uniogen.
