Rapid GenomEra® PCR tests

The GenomEra® CDX system by Uniogen provides a powerful tool for running molecular diagnostics routinely and cost-efficiently without compromising assay reliability and quality. The system is built with simplicity, sensitivity, safety, and speed in mind. Preloaded and dried PCR reagents, built-in PCR amplification and detection, easy-to-use software, and effortless result interpretation are key characteristics of our automated system. 

GenomEra® CDX is based on robust dry chemistry and proven real-time PCR. Prior to the amplification, test chips are irreversibly sealed by the analyzer to eliminate contamination risk and ensure safe disposal. Rapid thermal cycling allows definitive results for four patients in just one hour, corresponding to a throughput of up to 96 tests in 24 hours per analyzer.  

GenomEra® SARS-CoV-2 2.0 Assay Kit is the newest addition to Uniogen’s product portfolio. Our second-generation COVID-19 test introduces superior usability and sensitivity to PCR testing. Simultaneous detection of two different targets in the SARS-CoV-2 virus genome—the RdRp and E genes—ensures accurate detection of current and emerging COVID-19 variants.
